There are 3 ways of ordering from us

Order through our online shopping cart
Click on the "Buy Now" button  against each item you would like to purchase and complete any other information requested (e.g. size) When you have finished shopping click on the "View Cart" button  at the bottom of any of the pages. Delivery costs to the UK will be automatically calculated

Payment by Cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque simply email us with details of your order and we will confirm availability and total cost by return email. We will then reserve the item for you and post it to us at the address shown under "contacts" together with your cheque made payable to SSTA.

Telephone Ordering
You can order over the telephone using a credit / debit card.
Please call 01926 810840 and have the details of your order and credit / debit card details to hand. As we are often out and about during the day please leave a contact telephone number together with your name and the times you are available on this number and we will phone you back - this may be in the evening.

Postage within the UK
Postage for cloaks and capes is charged at a rate of 10% of the order value.
For other items postage is charged at 20% for order values up to £20 and 12.5% for order values between £20 and £30.

Postage outside the UK
Please email us for delivery costs outside the UK

Delivery Times
Cloaks and Capes - the standard dispatch time is 28 days due to the fact they are each hand made. We will endeavour to dispatch them in a shorter length of time.
Other Items - the standard dispatch time is 5 - 7 days.

  Conditions of Purchase and Sale
Description and price of goods - The description and price of the goods you are ordering will be shown on the Strictly Sensuous website at the time you place your order. Items are described as accurately as possible and every effort is made with the photographs to ensure you can see what you are buying before you place your order. The delivery charge will be advised clearly before you complete your purchase
Your right of Cancellation - You may cancel an order up to 5 days after placing the order by contacting us by email or through written correspondence. If you cancel the order and have received the goods you must return the goods to the address given on the "Contacts" page. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for ensuring that they are returned to us in a good condition.
Damaged Goods - We will take great care in packaging your order but in the unfortunate event that they should arrive with you damaged the goods should be returned to us. We will then inspect them and should we find the damage was due to us we will then arrange either a replacement or refund dependant on your request. We will aim to complete this within 2 months
Our Right of Cancellation - If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to supply the goods as ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order by giving notice to you. In such a case we will promptly refund to you any monies paid by you. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
 Statutory Rights - Your right of cancellation is in addition to your other statutory rights in law.
Privacy - Any information collected by ourselves on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, re-used or disclosed for any purposes other than to process your order.
